We guarantee all our helium filled balloons will float for 3 days.
Some last much, much longer. If you have the unfortunate circumstance of a balloon deflating before the guaranteed float period, due to a fault, return it within the 3 day period, along with your proof of purchase and we will happily replace or refund the faulty balloon.
If this is not possible please email a photograph of the defective balloon alongside the proof of purchase within the 3 day period to sales@partyfeverltd.co.uk
and we will allow you to return it at a later date for a refund.
We judge a balloon to be faulty if it is in tact i.e. no obvious puncture points or tears
