Delivery Charges

We aim to pack and despatch your order within 24 hours. You choose which delivery option you require at the checkout. Delivery times are estimates and actual times may vary.

We use a number of methods of delivery to ensure the best value and delivery service to suit your order. For products such as fireworks and party poppers it will be necessary for a person of a certain age to sign for the goods. (Please see our Terms and Conditions for details)

If there is nobody to accept a delivery a card will be left by the delivery company informing you how to rearrange delivery or collect your goods. The responsibility of arranging this is then with the customer. There will be a charge made for aborted deliveries.

• Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands and BFPO £11.95

• Orders placed before 12 noon on all counts
• FREE standard delivery on orders over £50 (can upgrade to Express for £5)
